Who are we?

We are a small Melbourne-based company, set up in 1998, providing learning design, content development and editing services for educational and development contexts.

Courses and resources

We design and write courses and resources from conceptual and research stages to content development and formatting:

• for print and online publication
• for workplace-specific programs though to Training Package-related products
• for vocational training entry-level through to Graduate Diploma level.

Business writing

We write, edit and format work-related documents such as manuals, guides and websites:

• developing and preparing documents for print or online

• translating technical texts into user-friendly Plain English

• editing and proofreading the language and navigational structure of complex multiple documents.

How we work

We meet the client to discuss what they want, timelines and any budget constraints.

We draft a proposal and give an obligation-free quote.

Both parties sign a contract clearly setting out outcomes, timelines and costs.

An action plan and communication arrangements are agreed, and the work begins.
